Muscles help the body burn calories. Exercise helps build muscles but not necessarily the protruding muscles. Therefore, proper and regular exercise is essential in maintaining ideal weight.
Exercise need not to be boring. Exercise can also be enjoyable. The one who decides to engage in a regular exercise can choose from the different forms of workouts that fit his/her lifestyle. It will help him/her to be consistent if he/she enjoys the chosen form of exercise.
I think this is the first step I need to do, to choose the exercise/work-out that I will really enjoy.
