I craved for Turon last Tuesday. I wanted to compliment it with ice cream. Unfortunately, there was no available ice cream in smaller container than 1 liter from the store. So we have the Turon alone.
It was my first time to cook Turon. I thought it was hard but I was wrong. This snack is very easy to do.
What I did is I cut the Saba in four parts. Then rolled the sliced banana to sugar before I wrapped it.
Then fried it in oil with sugar. The sugar should be in liquid form before I put the wrapped banana. Here is the outcome.
