The start of 2010 is a bit unpleasant. I was too tired to enjoy the New Year’s Eve and I could no longer held my temper. It just flared up and my head was as hot as the lava which came out from Mayon Volcano. I didn’t want to start my year that way but I lost all my control and probably because of fatigue. Though the dishes prepared by my mother was delectable, it seemed that I couldn’t swallow them. I wanted everything to finish immediately so I can finally rest. And just like an adage that says when it rains, it pours, January 1 was still not good for me. The battle didn’t stopped on the New Year’s Eve instead it flowed through the day itself. A simple hope to have a Happy New Year was stolen from me and sad thing was the people nearest to my heart were the thieves.
How about you, did your2010 started great? Did you enjoy your New Year’s Eve? Did you burn your moneys buying colorful yet expensive firework for added fun? Why don’t you share them? I’d like to hear them 🙂

I am sorry your New Year was so bad. Sometimes we just have to let people know how we feel. I hope the rest of the year goes better for you. We have a lot of family stress around here right now. It is some scary stuff.
I am positive that the rest of the year will be better by God’ grace 🙂 True, the family problems arising nowadays are really scary. That is the reason why I always pray for God’s protection and guidance for my family. Don’t want to add to the number 🙂

I’m so sorry to hear that, I don’t understand what had happened but don’t worry in times like these, we need to be patient, to be humble, forgive and forget. Mine is not so well too, but the Lord just give me the strength.

So sad to hear about that. It still not too late to start something great this year. Forgive and forget, that is a good way to start your year. God is simply teaching us things the hard way – is there a pleasing way to learn patience, humility and a forgiving heart? I don’t think so.
Patience, forgiving and humility – I think God is giving you something great to start your year. I know it’s hard to overcome difficult situations but with God’s help – you will.
Start with patience, then humility and then forgive.

True! Not yet late to start great things for God this year. Don’t worry, I easily forgive and forget 🙂 Just remembering the suffering of Christ, who is faultless and sinless, on the cross, is more than enough for me to forgive and forget. And of course, they are my love ones, I can’t keep grudges against them 😀
