At my age of 32, there are already foods that, as much as I can, I tried to avoid. These are foods which are high in uric acid. I can easily identify if the food is high in uric acid or not. If my right elbow joint ache and swell after eating the food, I am positive that it is high in uric acid and should be avoided next time.
I don’t know if I’m that old already to have a deficiency in glucosamine and chondroitin, the elements in the body that are actively responsible in protecting the joints. Because though I haven’t confirmed with a medical practitioner if the pain and swell in my elbow is caused by an arthritis or a gout, I’m sure that it is a joint-problem. I am not surprise as well that I have this because both my parents have joints problem too. I probably inherit it from them.
