Now that I remember that I still have a franchise of Pinoy Waffle, I’ll start to look for a buyer. Like I said in my previous post, I will be selling it to a much cheaper price. If you have an access to a crowded locations like colleges, malls, grocery stores, terminals and the like, and you are interested to have a Pinoy Waffle franchise in a lower cost, you may leave me a message. Don’t worry, everything is negotiable. The products of Pinoy Waffle are competitive with the other popular waffle carts. The only key to success is the suitable location and of course, proper management. Don’t expect too much from the franchiser because you might just get disappointed.
I just want to repeat, my franchise still have four years and eight months before it expires. If you buy a new franchise from the company, it will cost you 200K plus 10 (or 12)% tax. With four months difference, you will get a franchise in a much lower cost. The products will all be supplied by the franchiser, even the personnel who will attend the cart. As a franchisee, you need to attend their franchisee seminar which cost Php 5,000. In the seminar all the ins and outs of the franchise will be discussed. You will also be taught how to create waffles by yourself. If you are really interested and you have a good location but don’t have the enough budget, I can sell my franchise in terms or staggered payment. I just really want to dispose and get a little return from it.
Again, please don’t hesitate to leave me a message if you are interested 🙂
