Skills I Want To Learn

  • Sumo

Aside from building websites and blogging, there are two other skills that I am interested to learn.

First is dressmaking.
Even when I was still single,I was already interested to learn how to design and sew my own dress. I tried to look for evening classes for dressmaking but was didn’t succeed because either the venue of the class was too far or the tuition fee was too costly. There are tutorials available over the net. I only have to save some money for a sewing machine to get started.

The second skill I want to learn is baking and cooking.

I am so glad that there are many available recipes and how-tos over the net for this topic. The only reason why I could not try baking is we don’t have an oven at home. Recently, I searched for an alternative for oven. So maybe in the next days, daughter and I will be doing a simple baking recipe 🙂

Just like my daughter, my interests evolve too. Maybe tomorrow or next month I would want to learn another skill.

  1. baking is easy and fun especially if you have kids at home. they would appreciate eating the goodies more if they would help making it.

  2. I want to learn how to cook and bake. This weeks, I have been cooking the meal for my family. 😀 I was experimenting our viand. At first, it didn’t go well but I learn how to do it right. 😀

  3. I also want to learn how to sew though it was taught to us when I was in school, ung basic lang. I envy those who are able to make their own bedsheets and quilts and create nice pieces for their homes 🙂
