Last Tuesday, Philippines was hit by Basyang (international name Conson). This was the first typhoon which hit the country for this year. The typhoon was not that strong compared to the typhoons which visited our country last year. Nonetheless, the typhoon still left some damages and killed a number of people. It was also able to shut down the electricity in many areas for long hours which paralyzed many offices, malls, establishments, and the main mass transportation in the metro. But I consider this less destructive compared to previous other typhoons.
I thank God because He keep my entire family safe and He returned the electricity in our area earlier. And though I don’t have an internet the whole day yesterday, He returned it early today, just before I leave the house for office. This prevented me from going to office and allowed me to work from home. Going to office for consecutive is not really easy for me so I am really thankful that His answer to my prayer arrived just in time 🙂
