When it comes to weight management, I am still a failure. With all the head-knowledge I learned about weight loss, I am ashamed to admit that I haven’t lost a single pound. I want to blame the nature of my work which tolerates my laziness to do some exercise to increase my metabolism and to burn some fats. But I know that I should be blaming myself because I lack the determination to continue whatever plan I started. In the result, instead of loosing some pounds, I gain more 🙁
