The Philippine Flag

Blue Monday
MellowYellowMondayBadge

Since I am no longer a student and I seldom go to government offices, I rarely see a Philippine flag standing so proud as the wind blows it. I grabbed the opportunity to capture its glory as it freely danced with the wind when we went to Pasig City Hall few weeks ago.

Our flag is composed of four colors; white, blue, red and yellow. Very appropriate for Blue Monday, Mellow Yellow Monday and Ruby Tuesday, isn’t? I invite you to take a look at our majestic flag.

I am  a Filipino, by birth and by blood, who live in my own free country, Philippines.  I belong to a race who bravely fought for the the liberty of  my own country.  And I praise and thank God for that.

  2. A beautiful flag blowing in the wind truly makes a stunning sight. These are remarkable shots of your flag. Very pretty post for today.

  3. The yellow part of the flag, although small, is the one that reflects the sun if I see it correctly. I like that you are able toi include the natural world in your flag, too.
