2 Corinthian 12:9

2 Corinthians 12:9

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladlytherefore  will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

This is my daughter’s nebulizer set.  We bought this when she started to have asthma. My daughter is my constant reminder  of God’s promise that His grace is always sufficient. Just like Paul, my husband and I cease not to pray for my daughter’s health. That God’s powerful and merciful hand will remove her asthma.  But God’s answer is,  “My grace is sufficient for your daughter”.  So whether God will give His yes to our plead or not, our trust in Him remains.

  6. Yes, his grace is sufficient. We hurt with our children, so I understand how challenging it can be to live in to that truth sometimes.

I have recently realized that sometimes God uses not our healing, but our living through whatever it is that we ask to be healed that blesses others. Your and your daughter’s grace minister to God’s world.

    Blessings.
