My ignorance! All the while I thought cigars and cigarettes are just one, cigar is just a short way of saying cigarette. But I was wrong. Although cigars and cigarettes are both from tobacco they have some differences. First, they differ in size. Cigarette is smaller than cigars. They also differ in the way they are rolled. Cigar is tightly-rolled bundle of dried and fermented tobacco while cigarette is a small roll of finely cut tobacco leaves wrapped in a cylinder of thin paper (definition from Wikipedia)
In terms of health risk, cigar and cigarette are both dangerous. Although it is claimed that cigarettes have less nicotine than cigars, both of them expose users to diseases such us lung and oral cancers. So whether  little cigars brands or famous cigarettes brands, the user’s health is at risk.
