This coming August 23 as President Aquino keeps August 21, Saturday, to commemorate his father’s death anniversary. It will be sorry for those who had made prior plans for the August 23 long-weekend holiday but advantageous for the business sector and for the daily wage earners. Anyway, we can still hope for one long-weekend holiday coming, and that is on August 30.
