This is my version of kinilaw (raw fish deep in vinegar).  I mixed the fish with grilled liempo and sliced cucumber.

  2. dang it, miss ko na tong kinilaw eh; kaya pag nag crave ako dito, punta lang kami sa mexican resto at mag order ng ceviche 🙂

  3. I’m not a fan of Kinilaw but my late dad was. He’s good at making Kinilaw na Dilis that I never tasted ever! 😀
    Btw, I like your blog theme, so simple and elegant. 🙂

    1. It was only lately that I started eating kinilaw. And I enjoyed it. Though I don’t usually use Dilis because it is very tedious to clean and debone it. I usually use tuna.
