My daughter’s first periodical exam will start on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, until Thursday, August 19, 2010. August 19, 2010 is Quezon City Day, hence, it is a non-working holiday for all Quezon City companies and schools. But since the last examination day fell on this day, the holiday for my daughter’s school will be moved to August 20, 2010, a Friday. This gives her a long-weekend holiday,LOL!
The exams in my daughter’s class will be in three batches and she will be in the third batch. She and her classmates will be taking five exams. Whoa! Don’t you think that is too much for nursery students? They will be taking two exams for the first two days and one on the last day.
Like any mom, I am nervous and at the same time excited. I am excited to know the performance of my daughter on her first periodical exam. I am also nervous because she missed a lot for the six days that she was absent from class. Of course, I’ve already started praying for this exam. So whatever the result may be, this is the will of the Lord for her 🙂
