I thought transferring here in Panglao would give me less pressure from my job because I am no longer working as a permanent employee but on a contractual basis only. I was asked to resign from my post but that is another story. I was wrong. The same work load and hours (and even more) was required of me but with less pay and with no benefit :(. In truth, I am more stressed because I’m alone in my project and I have to meet the milestone date in order for me to get my pay. Otherwise, all my efforts will be put to waste.
I‘m praying that God will enable me to deliver the tasks included in the milestone on time so my effort and time will be compensated.
