Panglao is surrounded by sea so I am not surprised that stuff with steel or metal component easily gets rusted. Our location is not that near to the sea yet rust is very evident in our appliances, kitchen wares and metal tools Even the church vehicles are not spared. No wonder our pastor whose house is facing the sea has a sealed garage for his car to keep his car rust-free. But unlike the garages I saw in American movies which are made of steel, my pastor’s garage is made of wood. This is to keep the garage from rust. But if steel buildings canada is available locally, it might be a different story.
Our pastor is not the only one who has a sealed garage here in our place. Most homes with vehicles have the same garages especially those who live very near the shore.
